Ok, so I stole a fragment of a song lyric as a title for this post. But it also describes the results of several photo shoots I had starting last fall and into early 2009. Pine Street Carpenters in West Chester, PA inquired about photographing some of their finished interiors. I ended up in several homes in historic West Chester, a few really nice digs in the Brandywine area, a really great beachfront house in Delaware and high above atop a service lift, though I bailed out immediately after being transported about 60 feet straight up because of a little issue I have with heights.

The results of the photo sessions are on their redesigned website as well in the form of prints hanging throughout their office. The success of the photos comes from the fantastic high ISO of the Nikon D3 and a lightweight setup of SB800′s strobes and Pocket Wizard remotes. The combination of equipment and shooting style I developed turned a tedious and tricky assignment into one that was a pleasure to shoot. Visit Pine Street Carpenters to see more of the images.
